Synopsis:
In the middle of the Ming Dynasty, Zhuge Zhengwo, the general manager of the Shenhou Mansion, led his four famous men: cold-blooded, life-seeking, ruthless, and iron-handed to guard the capital. Cold-bloodedly rescued the young girl Chu Limo. Zhuge Zhengwo discovered that Chu Limo was the daughter of his junior sister Bian Hongyao, so he stayed in the mansion to train her. As a result, Lengxue and Limo formed a lifelong bond.
The two had different personalities and constant misunderstandings, but they met on a narrow road. Chu Limo disappeared while performing a mission. Lengxue began to examine his feelings for Chu Limo in his heart and went out to look for Limo. The two came together after going through hardships, encountered being framed by their enemies, and never abandoned each other when they were in trouble.
Finally, their two hearts came together. Prince An Shigeng devoted himself to eliminating dissidents and creating chaos. Four famous policemen solved the Jade Seal Case and the Fox Exorcism Case created by An Shigeng. An Shigeng regarded the four famous policemen as his mortal enemies. The goddess hunter Ji Yaohua has a secret love for Lengxue and is jealous of Li Mo. Later, she is used by An Shigeng to deal with the four famous arresters.
The cold-blooded people joined forces with Chu Limo to deal with An Shigeng. Ji Yaohua found her way back and assassinated An Shigeng at the critical moment, but was injured by An Shigeng. Later, she was forgiven by Lengxue, and finally left silently while Lengxue went to fetch water for her. Chu Limo and Lengxue finally got married. Except for Wuqing, the other two famous arresters had their own destinations, and Ji Yaohua also walked out of the shadow of love.
