How do I use my digital membership card?
Your digital Accor Plus membership card is on your mobile phone through the Accor All app. Access your membership account. Book a room and enjoy Accor Plus benefits by presenting your digital card anytime, anywhere. The Accor All app is available for download through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Simple steps to access your digital card:
- Download the Accor All app.
- Make sure you log in using your Accor Plus registered username (email) and password.
- In the top right corner of the app. Tap on the membership card image.
- Your digital card will appear.
Your digital card can be used just like a physical membership card. Simply present your card at check-in or at our restaurants to enjoy Accor Plus benefits and discounts.
