Sweet Potato Cake
Ingredients:
- Sweet Potato
- Sugar
- Glutinous rice flour
- Flour
4 steps for preparation:
1. Put the sweet potatoes on the boiling water steamer rack and steam them over medium-high heat for 15 minutes until cooked.
2. After taking it out, mash it with a spoon while it is still hot, and add flour, sugar, and a little water.
3. Take an appropriate amount of mashed potato and roll it into a ball with both hands, then beat it into a cake shape with both palms.
4. Put a thin layer of oil in a frying pan, put in the prepared cake shell, and fry it on low heat.
