The practice of Plum Juice

Main ingredients:

  • Plum500g
  • Crystal Sugar120g
  • Shimizu1000g

Method:

  1. The plums are soaked in light brine.
  2. Boil water in a pot, put the plums in, and blanch for 30 seconds.
  3. Remove and control the moisture.
  4. Cross with a knife.
  5. Peel off the peel.
  6. Finished in turn!
  7. Add the peeled plums to the pot.
  8. Pour in an appropriate amount of water. (1-2 times of plums)
  9. Add the right amount of rock sugar.
  10. Cook for about 10 minutes and turn off the heat.
