Samsao Island is located opposite Mae Ko Island. It is a beautiful source of coral and anemones, 1 kilometer long, with a natural stone bridge protruding into the sea.

From Samsao Island, natural sculptures like a stone castle towering on the hilltop of Mae Ko Island can be seen. Visitors can pitch a tent and camp on the island.
