Mood-Boosting Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein
  • 1 teaspoon matcha
  • 8 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 1 cup loosely packed spinach
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 large banana, sliced and frozen
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs + more to top

Method:

All you need to do is add the almonds milk, plant-based protein, matcha, and mint until smooth. Slowly add the remaining ingredients (except the cacao nibs) and adjust liquid according to the desired thickness. Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Add in the cacao nibs and pulse. Pour into a glass or bowl and sprinkle with extra cacao nibs.
