Kanto

Kanto is the geographical border of Japan on the island of Honshu. It is the land of the largest plains in Japan. is the location of Tokyo the current capital of the country And is the center of government agencies, businesses, educational institutions. Including various entertainment and modern things

Kanto consists of 7 prefectures:

1. Ibaraki is located on the island of Honshu, the capital city is Mito, is the headquarters of the electric appliance company Hitachi. And there are natto (fermented soybeans), melons, and chestnuts.

2. Tochigi is located on the island of Honshu, the capital is Utsunomiya, a city famous for gyoza and the location of Nikko. Which is a city that is prominent in terms of Buddhist and Shinto religious landmarks and has been classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the province is also home to famous mineral springs.

3. Gunma is located on the island of Honshu, the capital is Maebashi, famous for many natural hot springs and skiing areas, notable for agricultural products, sericulture.

6. Tokyo is the former Edo capital It is now the capital and metropolitan city in Japan. Most people live in Japan. Located on the island of Honshu. It is the center of government. It is an economic center as well as a center for social, transportation, technology, education, etc. In Tokyo, it is also divided into 23 subdivisions . It is also the location of many famous universities. One of them is the University of Tokyo or Todai.

7. Kanagawa is located on the island of Honshu, Yokohama is the capital and an important port. There are many temples in Kamakura.

Futarasan Shrine
