Plot Synopsis:

After many years of marriage, Asia discovers that her husband has long taken a young mistress. Treason, lies and the thirst for revenge destroy a once prosperous family. An intense drama about breaking all masks with the beautiful Cansu Dere in the title role – a Turkish remake of the British series Doctor Foster.

Until recently, Asia had everything she dreamed of: a happy marriage, a beloved son, a beautiful house and a successful career as a doctor. The collapse of an ideal life begins because of someone else’s lipstick. Asia accidentally finds it with her husband Volkan, and soon she notices someone’s long hair on his clothes. Stupid little things not worth worrying about?

If. They turn out to be the first small clues that shed light on a big betrayal. Step by step revealing the deception of her beloved husband, Asia becomes convinced that no one hurts more than loved ones

Plot Spoilers:

Türkiye. A married couple (Volkan and Asya Arslan) visiting their friends. The hostess raises a toast to her dear guests: you are just the perfect couple! Her adult daughter (Derin) grins wryly at her mother’s words. The guest asks her: are you funny? But I think that there is nothing funny in the fact that my husband is cheating on me, sleeping with you for two years. The head of the family demands that the guests leave his house immediately, but the deceived wife does not calm down: that’s not all, your daughter is pregnant! You took part in Volkan’s project, but you couldn’t imagine that he would drag your daughter into bed. The girl jumps out from the table and attacks her rival with her fists. They are separated by the culprit of the scandal. Voiceover: It’s not for nothing that they say that the anger of a deceived woman burns hotter than the fires of hell.

Asya collects white roses in the garden of her house. She takes the bouquet into the living room. Her voice-over sounds. I was happy, I had everything you could want: a home, a family, a job. Our marriage looked so happy! I enjoyed your love, constantly wrote you tender notes. When you read Anna Karenina, you said that our life would definitely not be like that. But now you’ve ruined it all. This is real betrayal.

Volkan enters the house at night. He looks into his son’s (Ali) room, then goes into the marital bedroom, wakes up his wife, and has sex with her.

In the morning, Asya collects her husband’s scattered clothes, a tube of lipstick falls out of his pocket. What is this? I bought it at the airport and my lips were chapped. Pink with strawberry flavor? Yes.

Before leaving home, Volkan gently puts his scarf around Asya’s neck: your neck hurts, you need to take care. It won’t go away on its own, you will need to lubricate it with ointment.

A lady in a scarf comes to work, to the hospital: Doctor Arslan works here as the deputy chief physician. She immediately has to solve a serious problem: one of the doctors is accused of trying to strangle a patient while drunk.

Dr. Arslan solves this problem: the misunderstanding is cleared up, the hospital’s reputation will not suffer. After that, she heads to her office, takes off the scarf from her neck and suddenly discovers a long white hair on it. From this moment on, the alarmed woman begins to pay attention to all the blondes.

Ali’s mother picks her up at school. Serap, the parent of one of the students (blonde), speaks to her. You don’t remember me, although we met at one corporate event. And I have been working as Mr. Arslan’s assistant for two years now. He is such a wonderful boss! He always lets us go at exactly five o’clock in the evening. He says that a person needs time for his personal life. And for me this is very important. After all, after a divorce, I am raising my daughter alone.

Asya comes home from work and prepares dinner. The husband returns to the family nest at the beginning of eight, excuses himself with business, and puts a bottle of good wine on the table. He immediately pounces on the food – stuffed vegetables. However, the hostess takes the dish away from him and offers him to fill himself with boiled rice. And the skilled cook takes the stuffed vegetables to her neighbor and friend Bahar.

She had just returned from vacation with her husband (Mert) and did not have time to prepare anything. The guest pays attention to Bahar’s hairstyle; she has extensions. Asya talks about her suspicions about possible adultery. Bahar states that he is in the habit of sometimes sleeping with his neighbor. Her interlocutor’s eyes widen. Did you believe me? I’m kidding!
