Introduce

Xiangmen Houzhuang is right next to the moat in the headquarters of Suzhou University. Originally, the night market was divided into two parts. There are many shops near the moat, mainly including barbecues, skewers and other snacks, as well as some stalls selling clothes and various gadgets.

Going further along the moat is another part. There are several barbecue restaurants doing good business. It is said that the best squid burritos in Suzhou are located in this alley. Now Houzhuang has been demolished and rebuilt, the original stalls no longer exist, only the shops with fixed storefronts are gathered in Houzhuang Lane, and the squid burritos now have storefronts that can be preserved.
