Crispy Pork Belly Recipes
Ingredients:
- 1 piece of boiled pork belly
- 1 cup minced garlic
- 1 cup of chili peppers
- 1 cup chopped spring onions
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
4 steps for preparation:
- Heat the pan, bring the pork belly to fry until crispy, set aside.
- Heat a pan, add a little oil. Followed by minced garlic, chili, stir-fry until fragrant.
- Then add crispy pork belly and stir to combine.
- Season with sugar, salt, seasoning powder, stir to combine, sprinkle with spring onions and serve.
