  • Oil and Salt Moderated

  • White Sugar Moderate

4 steps for preparation:

  1. Put the prepared meat into boiling water and cook for a while, (the fat becomes almost transparent) and remove it.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, add the meat, add the dark soy sauce and stir fry until each piece of meat is evenly colored.
  3. Heat water, cooking wine, sugar, etc. and cook over medium heat until a small amount of soup remains.
