IT’S WINE ‘O‘ CLOCK AND TAPAS TIME!
When there’s a wine and food event that promises excellent value for money – you know your friends at Foodie are behind it! On June 16th, we’re hosting a wine tasting with Spanish wine masters Marqués de Riscal. This free-flow tasting includes a guided pairing with Master of Wine, Andrew Caillard – who recently wrote and launched a book on Marqués de Riscal’s winemaking history. We’ll also be snaking on delectable Spanish tapas courtesy of Iberico & Co – we’re talking marinated octopus, aged Serrano and Manchego risotto balls, salmon tartare and a live jamon carving station complete with sourdough bread and pickles – not to mention a very sweet ending in the form of churros with chocolate sauce.
